1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a hassle-free return and refund process for most products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable. These items include:
- Personalized or Customized Products: Items with custom names, numbers, or other personalized features are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and return part or all of the items, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order through our website. Due to the availability of stock, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be available at the time of the exchange request.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a return label for you to send the item back at no cost, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. International Returns
